A Message from Coach Dunbar:

Welcome All Volleyball Players!

I have some simple goals for our camps here at Indiana. First and foremost, we want to have fun! Second, we want to help you learn tools during your time at camp that can help you throughout the year to become the best player you can be. Third, we want to get you on campus so you can experience what a fantastic university we have here at Indiana. And last, we want to get you associated with our players who I believe are fantastic role models both in the classroom and on the court. Come and bring your passion and work ethic and it will be a great experience!

Day Camp, July 6-8, 2010
(for girls grades 1 and up)

The Commuter Camp is designed to teach players the fundamental skills of volleyball. Camp sessions will run daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (skill instruction) and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (competitive wash drills and competition). There will be a one-hour lunch break where the campers are responsible for bringing their own food items.

All-Skills Camp, July 6-8, 2010

(for girls in grades 5 and up)

The All-Skills Camp is designed to develop and improve the skills and understanding of the game of volleyball in a challenging and fun environment. Campers will be placed in groups according to skill level and experience.

Position Camp, July 13-15, 2010

(for girls in grades 9 and up)

The Position Camp is designed to train players for a specific position: middle blocker, outside hitter, defensive specialist, or setter. Each position will learn skills from basic footwork to the most advanced aspects of the game. Each camper must select only one position on the registration form.

Team Camp, July 16-18, 2010
(for girls in grades 9-12)

The Team Camp is designed to train entire high school teams while providing an opportunity for competition. All skills will be covered and each team will be assigned a coach. Each team should have a minimum of 8 players. One coach per 8 players will be free. If one team brings a second coach, the team is responsible for an additional $200 to cover basic camp costs. Larger teams may be split into several teams for scrimmage situations. Each camper and COACH must complete a registration form and include the team name and roommate request. Team registration forms MUST be mailed in the same envelope.
