May I pay online for camp with a credit card?
Yes, you may pay for each of our camps online with any major credit card.

May I register online for camp and pay with a personal check via the mail?
Yes, you may complete the registration process online and send a check made payable to Andy Fleming at the following address within 3 business days following registration:

Will a confirmation letter be sent following registration?
Yes, a confirmation will be sent immediately following registration to verify payment and/or registration. Campers will be notified of recommended materials to bring to camp well in advance of the start date.

Will campers be supervised throughout the day?
Campers are fully monitored 24 hours throughout the day and night. Staff will be on hand in the dormitory for residential camps located on each floor. Additionally, from 9 pm to Midnight campus security will be on hand at the front desk of the dormitory. All dorms are secured in the evening by an electronic double locking system.

Are the dormitory’s air-conditioned?
Yes. Campers may also bring a fan if they wish, but every room has central air conditioning.

My son is in High School, which camp should he attend?
The College Soccer 101 Elite Camp is designed to challenge and educate each attendee as to the life of a collegiate soccer player and how to market yourself properly throughout the recruiting process. The camp will consist of training sessions run by college coaches simulating 4 days of the collegiate experience. Those who are ambitious about playing collegiate soccer or elevating their level of play for their club/h.s. team should attend the College Soccer 101 Elite Camp.

What if my child is a goalkeeper?
Our Goalkeeper director and Cincinnati native, Jamie Starr, will plan each session and conduct the goalkeeping curriculum for all campers. A 1998 graduate of and four-year letter-winner at the University of South Carolina, Starr served as a graduate assistant at USC during the 1998 season. He helped train the USC goalkeepers, including Chicago Fire MLS Cup MVP keeper Henry Ring. Starr was named team captain during his senior year at South Carolina and helped lead USC to a spot in the NCAA Tournament three times. South Carolina earned a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament during his sophomore year. Jamie is also highly involved in the youth scene in Cincinnati, working with goalkeepers of every skill level as a Staff member of GK1 Soccer Camps.

When and where do I drop-off/pick-up for camp (Commuter)?
Camp registration will be held on campus. We will notify all campers well in advance as to where they should plan to arrive and register for camp.

Camp will be held at the Xavier Soccer Stadium (Corcoran Field). The address to the Soccer Stadium is 3800 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45207-6114.

Is there a certified medical trainer on staff?
Yes, campers will have access to our certified trainer for medical needs. This includes preparation prior to training (i.e. ankle taping) as well as post-training treatment (i.e.- ice). Medical history of each camper will also be on file for immediate access in the event of an injury.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
If you are in need of cancelling your registration, please see the below policy for all camps. Please note that all cancellations or refund requests must be submitted via email. The policy below applies to cancellations that occur no later than 48 hours prior to the start of camp. Cancellations that occur under 48 hours of the start of camp will not be refunded.

Your registration fee, less a NONREFUNDABLE administrative fee, will be refunded to you upon cancellation according to the following:

One Day Player ID Camps: $25 non-refundable fee
Mini Muskies (Half Day): $25 non-refundable fee
Mini Muskies (Full Day): $25 non-refundable fee
April Vacation Camp: $25 non-refundable fee
College Soccer 101 Elite: $100 non-refundable fee (Residential), $75 non-refundable (Commuter)

*If you cancel your registration, but would like to attend future camps, full payment will be awarded as a credit toward future camps.

*Those that are unable to complete camp due to injury/illness will be awarded a prorated amount for the portion of camp missed.

May I drive myself to camp and is their free parking?
Yes, you may bring a car to campus. For those that are under the age of 18 we will collect your car keys for the week and returned upon completion of camp. Parking will be provided free of charge.

What do I need to bring to play and compete?
All campers need to bring soccer cleats, indoor shoes (possible use of indoor facility), shin guards, and a soccer ball. Hydration stations will be located at each field but we encourage campers to bring a water bottle so that they can refill as often as they would like.

Will there be a place to buy snacks/food or Xavier Soccer merchandise?
Yes, we will have a camp store with snacks, drinks, and additional Xavier Soccer merchandise for sale. We will also be taking food delivery orders prior to the last training of the day for delivery after the last session.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
We will be in touch with all participants via email leading up to camp if we foresee inclement weather effecting the full duration of camp. The Xavier Soccer Stadium (Corcoran Field) and other camp fields can support inclement weather so we don’t anticipate the playing surface having any problems. We will also have use of indoor facilities and ask that all campers bring the necessary footwear in the event that we use these facilities.

Do you provide transportation to camp to/from airport?
Yes, a free shuttle service will be provided to campers arriving and departing into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport. For those in need of transportation services, please contact olsonc1@xavier.edu prior to finalizing flight arrangements to check on the shuttle schedule.
